ManyDone ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered assistant that helps Shopify sellers find and fix product listing issues. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Data we collect

Free Store Check (no account required)

When you use our free store check tool, we collect the Shopify store URL you provide and temporarily access publicly available product data from that store to generate your report. This data is used solely for the analysis and is not retained after the report is delivered.

Account data

When you create a ManyDone account, we collect your email address and name. This information is used to authenticate you, communicate with you about your account, and provide customer support.

Shopify product data

When you connect your Shopify store, we access product catalog data through the Shopify API. This data is used exclusively to power the features you have activated — such as scanning for listing issues and applying fixes. We do not use your Shopify data for any other purpose.

Payment information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a summary from Stripe (last four digits, expiration date) to display in your account settings.

Usage data

We collect basic usage information — such as pages visited, features used, and task history — to improve the product and troubleshoot issues.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve ManyDone's features
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your account or service updates
• To diagnose technical problems and maintain security

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Shopify product data to train AI models.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate ManyDone:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Your account data and application data are stored in Supabase's infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information under their own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, headers) as part of serving our site.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and in accordance with their data processing agreements with us.

Cookies

ManyDone uses cookies for essential purposes: keeping you logged in and remembering your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain your account data and task history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

Data from the free store check tool is processed in real time and is not stored after your report is generated.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct your data — update inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your data — request that we remove your account and personal data
• Export your data — receive your data in a portable format

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our site. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
