Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManyDone platform ("Service"), operated by ManyDone ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ManyDone is an AI-powered assistant designed for Shopify sellers. The Service scans your Shopify product catalog for issues — such as missing descriptions, inconsistent pricing, SEO gaps, and data quality problems — and helps fix them. ManyDone connects to your Shopify store via the Shopify API and operates on your product data according to your instructions and approvals.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or access tokens with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at hello@manydone.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam, misleading product information, or deceptive content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

4. Shopify API Usage and Data

  • Authorization. By connecting your Shopify store, you grant ManyDone permission to access your store's product data through the Shopify API. This includes reading product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and related metadata.
  • Acting on your behalf. ManyDone performs actions on your Shopify store only as directed by you. We act as your authorized agent when making changes through the Shopify API.
  • Approval required. ManyDone will not modify your product data without your explicit approval. Changes are presented for your review before they are applied to your store.
  • Your data. You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data. We access it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your store data for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.
  • Revoking access. You may disconnect your Shopify store and revoke API access at any time through your account settings or directly through Shopify.

5. Billing and Cancellation

  • Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Business-tier limits. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • Plans. Paid plans are available at Starter ($10/month), Business ($25/month), and Pro ($60/month) tiers. Plan details and included features are described on our pricing page.
  • Monthly billing. All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
  • No refunds for partial months. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days.
  • Plan changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
  • Payment processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and documentation, is owned by ManyDone and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to your content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManyDone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ManyDone in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ManyDone is a tool that assists with Shopify product management. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to your store. We are not liable for damages resulting from changes you approve and apply to your Shopify store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Termination

  • By you. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at hello@manydone.com to request account deletion.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
  • Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@manydone.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ManyDone regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14. Contact
